Headmistress Haulkin

Headmistress Hilka Haulkin is the current governor of Ghadjo Hwell.
Born from a Ghadjoan mother and Moethean father, Hilda grew up in the Ghadjoan highlands on an olive orchard and joined the military service at a young age.  After a long and successful military career, she entered politics and ran for governor of Ghadjo Hwell, where she secured the vote of Ghadjoans (albeit reluctantly due to her pro-militarism) and the military/orcish crown (because of her pro-military stance).
During her military career, she served as Headmistress for the Military Academy of Orcli for many years.  She is sharp, stern, strict, and matter-of-fact.
She splits time between Kastill and Port Citadel, with occasional visits to the countryside and Forts Cast and Sheer.
