Helya

Helya is one of the four Dorstle Towns of Arruck Hwell, situated on a small peninsula along the rocky coast.  To the southeast lies Helya Bay, and to the northwest lies Seynd Bay.  Helya is the smallest of the four towns, and is not known for anything in particular, other than its local fishers, makers, bakers, growers, and artisans.
