P'reau Vindi
Mappureaux "P'reau" Vindi is the mayor of Helya, the smallest of the four Dorstle Towns on Arruck Hwell. P'reau is an older Arruckian man who speaks with a Murraskan accent - a vestige of his mixed parentage and having been raised by a Murraskan mother in Helya. P'reau is not very active in politics and prefers to keep Helya that way, and he isn't met with much opposition in the small town.
