High Commander Torg

High Commander Torg is the commander of Fort Sheer, located on Ghadjo's Patrykos Plateau, known for its rocky and remote location.  The fort is important for its storage of munitions and goods in a safe manner.  Torg also acts as mayor of sorts for the Ghadjoan humans who have settled on the outskirts of the fort itself, who are mostly human Ghadjoan goat farmers.  Torg is humble and dutiful, and committed to his job, which others may see as mundane and boring.
