Fort Sheer

A defensive location and storehouse for federal munitions, as well as factory for weapons and other military goods, funded by the state, largely managed by orcs but worked by dwarves and humans.
The fort's surroundings is home to some Ghadjoan humans, who had previously lived in the region of the Patrykos.  They are known for being goat farmers, as not many crops can grow in the dry and hardy plateau.
