League of Svetli

The League of Svetli is a federation dedicated to the governing of Svetli.  The League was established to cooperate with the orc-ruled League of Orcli, although it operates differently, as Svetli is more of a loose frontier, connected narrowly through commerce, trade, and exploration, with no orcish overrule but also little power or influence.
