Lord Belmizirotham (a.k.a. Miziroth, Lord Miserable)

Lord Miziroth, born Belmizirotham, also known as "Miserable" or "Lord Miserable," is a tiefling male who serves as the current governor of Tockotch Hwell.  He is has grey-purple skin with black eyes and hair, a forked tail, and mountain goat-like horns that rise up back but not bending behind his head like a ram's horns.
He is a shrewd governor who represents Tockotch as a whole but is also loyal and subservient to Lord Horaab, who is the mayor of Port Sulfur but more-importantly the Crime Lord of the Ritzkya, the tiefling mafia.
Miziroth is known for his deceptiveness and illicit and corrupt operations he enables and hides.  Despite the rumors and this reputation, he keeps a clean slate, enabling him to continue to govern Tockotch while furthering his own agenda on hwell-wide matters and at the Court of Orcli.
