Marke of Orcli

The Marke of Orcli is Orcli's government-run defense-oriented organization of human magic users. The Marke works alongside the Classe of Orcli to ensure order and enact missions across the Hwells and beyond. Its structure mirrors that of the Classe of Orcli, and its members are a force to be reckoned with, although they are much smaller in number than the Classe. Therefore, they typically support the Classe's endeavors rather than the other way around. In certain occasions, however, they are treated like a special forces group, due to the powerful abilities of its rank.
The Marke of Orcli has its headquarters at Magobrium, one of the three fortresses of Kastell, located in the Recs Altera mountains of Ghadjo Hwell at Orcli's center. The organization is hierarchical, with the structure from top to bottom of Prime Magistrate, Administrate, Administer, Minister, Practicor, and Scholar. A special branch also exists, whose hierarchy is Prime Magistrate, Magistrate, and Magistor (below Magistor is Practicor and Scholar).
There is one Prime Magistrate, who typically is a master at all five elemental magics. Below the Prime Magistrate are five Administators, one for each element, representing the most powerful users of that element. Due to their specialization versus the Prime Magistrate's generalization and wide mastery, the Administors are top-of-the-line and cannot advance further to become Prime Magistrate. Their status is therefore almost equal to the Prime Magistrate.

Structure

Two branches, joined at the top with Prime Magistrate.  The first branch consists of five Administrates, one for each -mancy of the five elements.  Under Administrate is Administer, and under that is Minister.  The second branch consists of Magistrates, and Magistors underneath.  Below Minister and Magistor, the two branches are again the same, with the two ranks of Practicor (senior) and Scholar (junior, lowest rank).  The second branch consists of humans who study multiple branches of magic, which requires natural aptitude and scholarship.
