Magobrium

Magobrium is a walled mountain fortress citadel located in Ghadjo Hwell's Recs Altera mountainlands, and is home to Orcli's Library of Magic.  The fortress is managed and ruled by Magistrate Padwu, who is subservient to King Kruvh.   Magobrium is located to the left of Palatia, when viewed from Kastill Grounds beneath.  Its only access point from Kastill Grounds, besides a near-impossible mountain climb, is the Ropeway, a cable and cable car system powered by fulminomancy cast by gnome workers.   Magobrium's look is characterized by the large, central dome of Orcli's Library of Magic, which is made of white stone walls, a white-gold dome, and sapphire-colored stain glass, gem inlays, and ornamentations.  Other domed buildings of similar look but smaller size (yet varying heights - some taller and some shorter than the central dome) are located around the structure.   Magobrium's residents of scholars, visitors, wizards, archivists, potion-makers, scientists, historians, mages, priests, and servants live in residential chambers located in residential quarters within Magobrium's various halls and chambers.
