Merthild von Oberheer (a.k.a. Maisy)
Merthild "Maisy" von Oberheer is the current mayor of Rumy, and is a middle aged halfling female. She has reddish brown shoulder length hair with bangs, a slightly wrinkles face with downturned corners of her mouth. She is a former busybody turned mayor who is usually tired but growing in wisdom and skill at managing her town. She is welcoming of gnomish flight machine inventors and land travelers alike. A role follower, she is unaware of the clandestine trade that goes on via the Nighttide Highway to the north.
