Rumy
Rumy is a town located on central Tatsch Hwell, situated on the route from Wynmollen to Braigh, along with the villages of Bizzet and Mazecrop.
Runadrift Gulf lies a short distance to the north, and the northern peninsula of Tatsch (the "Wing of Tatsch") is accessible via the secret, once-in-a-blue-moon "Nighttide Highway," which has caused Rumy to grow in clandestine trade, along with land trade, which is the town's bread and butter, being a center point for nearby wheat and straw farmers.
To the south lies the Zeedgaer Lagoon, which is shallow, contains sunken ruins, and is occasionally separated from the ocean due to the narrow peninsular jutland that occasionally becomes an isthmus.
Because of Rumy's central location and spacious surroundings, it is a favorite spot of flyers, bird riders, and sky-seekers of all sorts. In recent years, gnomes from Trepsilton have set up shop in the town, working on flying machines and contraptions. Success has been mixed, but the local halflings are thrilled with their exciting new neighbors.
Rumy is known for its fields of sunflowers and its fineries using sunflower seeds and sunflower butter.
