Prime Minister Obrin Mackinaw is the representative of Moethe Havn in the Court of Orcli.  An older man with jet-black, shiny hair with greyed sides, Prime Minister Mackinaw is a respected politician known for his savvy in securing the vote of the population and making deals that benefit Moethe Havn.  He is a bit of an elitist and looks down on other hwells.  There is some speculation that he is half-elf due to his charisma and beauty, but he is in fact human.  He spent his early life in Holmshir and served in the military for many years before entering politics.
