Rabfint Kolmcraver is the current mayor of Weghall. He is a respected dwarf, coming from a family known for its column carving. He is a proud dwarf, especially of the dwarves of Moethe which he recognizes and esteems as different yet equal to the dwarves of Meyjakh, which he views as somewhat behind the times, reclusive, and stuck up. He has a tough and proud personality, and challenges Hevedbergian policies and others who view Weghall as simply a stop along the Highway rather than respecting it as a mighty entity.
