Roll Higgenbottom
Roll Higgenbottom is a business-savvy halfling who resides in Hopton but frequently travels all over. He is the current Coordinator of the Faerie Runners covert transportation organization. He is somewhat frantic, and is not the strongest leader, although the organization seems to run smoothly, probably thanks to the individual skill of the Shippers and Runners and the Managers that oversee each.
His grandparents were the librarians of Uhsse Hwell's abandoned settlement, Cappington.
He captains the Faerie Runner vessel, the Ringsail.
