Seffarin Morendir
Seffarin Morendir is the mayor of Pyndan. He is a younger elf from a family that has long been in Pyndan. He has dark black hair, light skin, and squinty eyes, with a sharp chin and pointed ears. Unlike the warm population of Pyndan, Seffarin has a more skeptical attitude toward visitors and dwarf relations. Some in the town wish for another to replace his position. Despite the opposition, Seffarin is a skilled scholar and devoted mayor.
