Pyndan
Pyndan, "to dam up or enclose water," is an elvish town located in the Brontesian Mountains next to a lake, Loch Pyndan (Llynpyndan). The riverhead of the Sabrianc is also nearby, and people canoe down the whitewater mountain stream to reach the coast. The lake, river, and the town of Pyndan feature several hot springs, making Pyndan a famous destination for its thermal baths.
The elves of Pyndan are open-minded, friendly, and welcoming of outsiders, of which many live among them at the town.

History
Pyndan was first settled by a group of Lochian elves who came from Moethe in order to seek the thermal springs of dwarf legend. Once discovered, the elves established Pyndan, but in doing so separated themselves from the protection of Moethe's elf majority, becoming susceptible to dwarven invasion. Aware of this, the Pyndan elves pledged loyalty to the dwarf king, and the dwarves in turn, worked with the elves to construct some of the nearby temples which they both use.
