Todrin O'Lassis is the current mayor of Rupsted, the only settlement on Orze Hwell's Rupp Ieg.  He is a halfling with grey hair, mutton chops, and a ruddy complexion.
He is a bit of a rule-follower, like most other Orzean officials, and he is typically more concerned with Rupsted's syrup businesses and industries to have interests elsewhere.
Todrin's family, the O'Lassis family, is a halfling family known for its maple molasses, which is used in breadmaking and pitch.
