Tom Cobbler

Mayor Thomas Cobbler (a.k.a. Mister Tom)

Thomas "Tom" Cobbler is the current mayor of Suthton.  He is a handsome man and former soldier, with a naval background.  After his military career, he retired back to his native Hopton before picking up an interest in the doings of Suthton.  He is a member and supporter of the Zed Delvers.  He is respected and an active and caring member of the small community, carrying respect throughout Midora's shipmen.
