Zeedgaer Lagoon (zaid-gaer)
The Zeedgaer Lagoon is a bay on Tatsch Hwell, narrowly connected to the ocean by a straight that occasionally fully separates the bay from the ocean, creating a lagoon. The town Rumy is situated to the northwest of the lagoon. Zeedgaer comes from the word "sunken castle," as castle tower ruins can be seen in the lagoon, sunken, which is a reminder of the lagoon's past history of being dry land (although below sea level). The Zeedgaer Lagoon's coastline is similar to that of Goldbay - cluttered with yellow marsh grasses.
