Colonia

Colonia is one of Styx largest building projects seeking to create large amounts of communal housing at the edge of the city. Blocks of residential houses are being raised here in record time by the Union of Constructionworkers and Builders.
The borough lies just across the Eastern Serpent River from Serpentbend, close to the Chasm of Umbrae.
Colonia is at this point still plagued by an unfortunate lack of pretty much anything but cheap housing; there are hardly any markets, recreatiom spaces or cultural institutions and as such the district is wholly unpopular with the very workers it is meant to attract.
