Serpentbend

Located between Zwistroad and Lakesore where the Eastern Serpent River flows into the gaping nothingness of the Chasm of Umbrae Serpentbend is a major residential district. Though it is firmly lower class the area has seen a rapid increase in popularity as the Temple Parliament pours money into construction and restoration projects. The Grand Office of the Union of Constructionworkers and Builders as well as the Union of Bards, Performers and Artists are both found in a run down complex of old brickwork buildings right by the stench-ridden riverbank and everly in audible distance of the wailing abyss close by.
