People's Commissars

The People's Commissars are a taskforce within the Law Enforcement system of the Stygian Republic. They are members of the People's Guard Militias judged by the Church of Serkatha to have a stable and morally good character and who are tasked with maintaining, observing and in case of misdeeds correcting the ethics of the Guard Militias which they are part of. The People's Commissars are in turn overseen by the Inquisitioral Force of the Church of Serkatha.
