A founding family of the People's Republic of its living members most are active in politics.

Most notably Leonrava Tolstoi, the matriach of the family, is the chairwoman of the Union of Manufactury Workers while her wife, Isildre Tolstoi is the chairwoman of the Union of Clergyfolk.

The family lives in an estate in the Old Town of Norrsidra.
