Owned by 4 equal partners, Dalton, Harold, Bartil, Fark. Each were previous students of Kamerran School of the Arcane until one of them stumbled on a spell that they utilise for this business.

Operation

The brothel only actually has the 4 owners as employees, all of which are reasonably skilled (but dim) casters. Instead of having people to "service" customers, they instead cast a spell they discovered (Summon Greater Demon) to summon a succubus to service the customer instead.
They arent aware they are a succubus, or even that they are a demon, they are under the impression they have discovered a "summon horny tiefling" spell.

Services

The succubus will do whatever the customer desires, for their alloted time (up to an hour)
The rest and "relaxation" provided, enable the customer to have the effects of a long rest, in a fraction of the time. (Once per day)
