The following day, the party sets out — north, after some discussion regarding potential sleep spots and a worsening pain in Bodaway's sword arm, indicating that will be the next part of him to be restored to its original form. They agree that going straight to Berez with Bodaway's arm out of commission may not be their wisest course of action, and that regardless of whether they choose to wait until his arm is restored or if he breaks attunement with the ring to prepare for the fight ahead, it would be preferable to reach Berez by boat, so they can cross the river to access the sanctuary as a resting place if need be.
The journey to Lake Zarovich is largely uneventful, and Jeny, though she seems surprised they're all still alive, welcomes them in all the same. Their stay at Jeny's, on the other hand, isn't at all uneventful. With various party members acquiring boons from her, then falling to their own hobbies and preoccupations for the evening, it is around midnight that they realize they will not be left to peacefully recuperate in this shabby sanctuary of a shack.
