Kailius "Essential" Nav is one of Osrin's regrettable emotional ties. Husband to Kel and general shit-disturber, it seems he is now a resident of @Waterdeep, having opened a new tavern, and welcomed his and Kel's first daughter into the world: Maris Osrin Nav. We don't have confirmation of how hard he'd laugh at whatever face Osrin made at the news of her namesake, but it seems safe to assume the answer is "very."
