The fair treatment of Tiukeshians

The Tiukeshians have the unfortunate disease of Etalgic from birth and they need continual treatment with thylmin to stay alive. Unfortunately this causes the condition of Seth's curse.
This document was set up centries ago in order to protect the tiukeshians against the possibility of greed from the House of Horus. It is stated that the House of Horus can't profit from the selling thylmin to descendants of Tiukesh to treat their Etalgic.

Purpose

This document came about when Pharaoh Tiukesh, noticed that all his eight children had this same condition as he is suffered from that he concluded that unfortunately for the forseeable future this condition would continue to exist in his offspring and harm them substantially. Tiukesh could easily affort this ailment as the pharaoh, however he thought about the future that somebody might in his line of descendents will not have the same resources as he has either by his own mistakes or that he/she was not blessed as a child. He made this ruling that even if that is the case they should still be able to continue living their life with the least amount of financial burden that the house of Horus can manage.
