Foothill Highwaymen
A band of Footpads and Bandits that collect protection money from caravan companies that operate in the western extremes of the Ironforge Mountains.
Structure

- Bandit: An Eurabic bandit who is favored by the boss. She acts as a Consort for the organization.

- Diplomatic Bandit : A Jareha Bandit that has engraciated himself to Caravan Masters in Adralbur, Engleher, Loreha and Hinahilat.
- Priestly Bandit: A Sufficently superstitious Gorum serves as the gang's religious advisor.
- Potion Bandit: A Greenmark Human Who has fostered a fascination with magic act as an arcane provisioned for the gang
- The Boss' Footpad: A Particularly stubborn Gorum acts as the boss's man at the ambush site.
- Grim Footpad: An Orcish Greenmark Relishes the opportunity to enact the pain of punishment on his peers
- Cunning Bandit: A Human Greenmark bandit maintains connections with tavern keeps in Adralbur, Engleher, Loreha and Hinahilat.
- Counting Bandit: A Jareha Bandit has been appointed by the boss to split the shares

- Second Footpad: A Durtekh Footpad acts as the War Captain's second
Culture
Physically imposing and proven formidable adventurers may attempt to join the Highwaymen if they are able to form a checkpoint crew themselves or if there is an opening due to the capture or death of an existing member, provided they are willing to pay the boss his cut.
Public Agenda
- Roadside Brigands - The Highwaymen operate roving toll stations in Baish; unless adventurers travel with a caravan company that has paid up on their tolls they will likely be stopped by the highwaymen on their journey through this mountainous margrave.
- This is our Turf - Thr Highwaymen will not permit another crew to run toll stops in Baish.
