Hunt Prey (Concentration) When a Tunnel Runner becomes aware of a threat on their Route, they focus their hunter's instincts on that threat. They gain a +2 circumstance bonus to Perception checks when they Seek that threat and a +2 circumstance bonus to Survival checks when they Track it. They also ignore the penalty for making ranged attacks within thier second range increment against the threat.

Rock Runner (Dwarf, Ancestry ) A Tunnel Runner ignores difficult terrain caused by rubble and uneven ground made of stone and earth. When they use the Acrobatics skill to Balance on narrow surfaces or uneven ground made of stone or earth, they aren’t flat-footed, and when they succeed at one of these Acrobatics checks, they get a critical success instead.
Outwit Runners are talented at outwitting and evading your prey. They gain a +2 circumstance bonus to Deception checks, Intimidation checks, Stealth checks, and any checks to Recall Knowledge about the prey, and a +1 circumstance bonus to AC against your prey’s attacks.

When they're wielding a crossbow and use Hunt Prey or use Interact to reload their crossbow, they gain a +2 circumstance bonus to the damage roll on your next Strike with that crossbow. If the crossbow is a simple crossbow, also increase the damage die size for that attack by one step. You must make the attack before the end of your next turn or these benefits are lost. Subterranean couriers that race through mines, tunnels, and caverns to carry messages between Dwarven Holds.
