Kivar Jeshef

Kivar Jeshef is a fresh-faced recruit in the Ka-Tepi Town Watch. Nineteen years old, he is trying to grow facial hair to make himself appear older but it is painfully apparent that he is still very young. His voice still cracks on occasion.

Kivar is usually partnered with Sergeant Amar el-Taran on patrol. He is determined to do his family proud, as his father was a member of the Watch for many years until he retired, and he has a fair amount of knowledge of the Watch as a result. However, he lacks the experience to accompany that knowledge.
