Detect the Celestial Paths

Casting Detect the Celestial Paths allows the wizard to detect if any Celestial Paths come near his or her current location. If one is discovered, the Wizard can concentrate on the Path for 1 minute to determine where it travels to. The wizard can identify a location they have been to with great accuracy. Otherwise, it is general knowledge, "Wends its way to the south," or "Goes to a much higher elevation."
