House Madrarin has a large business interest in Sky Galleons and shipping, with Madrarin Shipping being a familiar sight around the Baramore Airdocks. As such, they have a lot of business with House Verrin, which operates a vast number of Airdocks and Warehouses.
Krace believed that House Verrin was responsible for the recent financial hardships his family has undergone. He was killed by Jedrek Verrin in retaliation of his father's assassination.
