Jedrek Verrin
Lord Verrin (a.k.a. Squirrel Eater)
Jedrek Verrin is the second Son of the House of Verrin, one of the Merchant Houses of Baramore. His elder brother Edward Verrin is nominally in charge of the House, while Jedrek controls the House's Business interests due to his higher business acumen, ever since his Father was killed by an assassin hired by Krace Madrarin.
Jedrek has recently become the Worthy, the bearer of the Star of Allanna. A prophecy has been declared on the Isle of Camsdale regarding the Worthy, but thankfully, no one other than Jedrek realizes that it speaks of him.

Recently, the Star of Allanna has been speaking to him, soft whispers that he can barely hear. It provides information that he would not otherwise have, gives him encouragement, and occassionally influences his dreams.
