Aegir's Ascendance

The ritual to restore Aegir to Midgard.

Execution

3 people must stand in a circle, holding hands. The participants must be soaking wet and while saying the words that follow, a 4th person place in the center the 3 holy items: Fœrir bjǫrn, þar er bára brestr, undinna festa opt í Ægis kjǫpta ursǫl Gymis vǫlva After doing that the participants must drink salt water from the ocean, without breaking the circle.

The instruments needed to complete the ritual are:

1. Salt water from the ocean
2. the Maidenmir
3. Pearl of the Abyss
4. Conch Shellf of Command
