Rauma

Rauma is the Northwestern island of the Suonenjoki Archipelagos. It is said to be the home of the Jotunns.

Geography

Located in the most northwestern part of Suonenjoki. It is a very plain land, prosperous, but with a very cold climate. It also has many caves and cave systems.

Shadow Rain

• A dark liquid falls from the sky, staining everything it touches with a shadowy hue. This rain has the power to erase memories, making people forget who they are or what they have done. The rain can be a blessing or a curse, depending on the person’s past and present.
• Temperature: 55°F/13°C – The air feels gloomy and oppressive as if weighing down on the mind and the soul.
• Wind Speed: 15 mph/24 kph – A steady wind blows the rain, creating splashes of darkness that spread and fade.

History

First resident of the island was Ymir, who created the rest of the world. Since then Jotunns rule the land.
