Satyrs as a race were created after a group of Elves made a deal with the god Loki, to get wealth. Loki tricked them and transformed them into Satyrs, creating the race.

History

The Elves wanted to gain more power over the humans. So they tried to make a deal with Loki. Loki demanded the mead of poetry. The Elves holded their end of the deal, but Loki, being the trickster god, tricked them and transformed them into Satyrs.
