Torsial Island
Torsial Island is the only place on Earth with significant amounts of Crescerium in its composition. As a floating island, it moves around a fair amount, especially now that it's specifically propelled by a proprietary engine of my own design. Very useful to have a secret island base that changes location regularly.
Due to the nature of the crescerium, Torsial is continually expanding. Not very quickly, but it slowly attracts and essentially absorbs elements in the water around it, and this slowly increases the size of the island. Eventually, if the amount of crescerium is not increased, it will stabilize, but for now it's growing steadily.
The island mainly grows underwater, but does draw in some from rainfall and from the air. It is insanely stable in storms and does not rock all that much. It is worth noting that it tends to grow faster after a storm. I suggest this has something to do with the energy of the storm, since otherwise introducing more material to the island doesn't seem to help it grow. Or maybe it just likes being splashe or something.
There are a few pockets of soil where plants can grow, but they tend to turn out weird.
E/N: She loves this. They're regular Earth plants that she hasn't done anything to them and they still look weird because of how they interact with Torsial. I keep waiting for them to try and eat her but like everything else, they seem to like her. As much as a plant without a brain can like a person.
The shape of the island is roughly like a concave lens. There are enough air pockets inside that it floats very well, although I do have plans if it ever decides to go submarine.
