Foundation
The Foundation Was a hero organization located and operating in Selevin since the late 1800's. They mainly remained hidden from the 1800's to 1900's. The Foundation became aware to the public eye in 2019 and took control of the government in 2022. Attempted a massive purge on union city which lead to its collapse on December 10th, 2043.

Wealth- Collects taxes from the citizens of selevin's and donations from political powers. Gets side revenue from Dunkinc who supplies and sells weapons around the world.
History
The Foundation was Founded in about 1871 was a documented series of extreme fevers began to run through the town of Cull. The Founder was a reporter for the Union World named Jonny Henderson who traveled to Cull for the greatest case of his life. What he found were people who developed godly powers that put them above humans. Curious, he continued his research starting a secret organization- the Foundation to document and monitor these "Superzzz"
In the 1930's Jonny Henderson's son Benjamin Henderson took control of the Foundation. By this time there were several branches across Selevin who documented Superzz. Benjamin was interested in the Mafia and how it drew superzz to its ranks. Discreetly he would even point wayward superzzz towards the Mafia for protection. The first super that was funded and supported by the foundation was Spintop who was later killed by the King of the Undercity.
In the 1940s when the Great War started the Government sent agents to request the Aid of the foundation to Rally superzzz to help fight in the great war against Reinheit and its allies. They gathered superzzz to help free others in the camps and fight against the Preußenbergians. When the war was over the Foundation assisted the government in placing displaced superzzz.
In the 2019 Heltore Freemore was leading the foundation when the first battle for union happened. The Crimson banner and the Savages fought and the foundation watched with curious eyes. Heltore fought and argued with the government to make a team of super humans. Eventually this passed as an infamous eco-terrorist, Crimson Specter, threatened to launch nukes against every country. They gathered team Spectrum consisting of Safety Man, Kanjin, Static Shock, Gridlock, and the team leader Blank. Together they beat Crimson Specter and the Foundation was a public organization.
Everything changed when Zagara attacked Elil. Quickly she dismantled the government and infected droves of humans. The Foundation and its operatives survived by thin shreds and with the sacrifice of Chronos beat Zagara. The severing of the hivemind left the world in ruins, people with extreme trauma, and many displaced Aliens. Blank took charge of the foundation which became the provisional government. In 18 years, they attempted to rebuild society and indoctrinate the Aliens.
When Eden resurfaced and was seconds away from blasting the planet the new leader Blank, using experimental warp drive technology, stopped Eden and sent both him and eden into space. This left his mentally scared and emotionally manipulated adopted Son Deadmetal in charge of the Foundation. Set like a ticking time bomb, He converted it to more so a dystopian group. Seeing criminals like trash and the students as future child soldiers. The world grew more and more tense till the pot boiled over and the second battle for union happened leading to the collapse of the foundation.
Disbandment
The Foundation was disbanded after Deadmetals plan to "Redeem" Humanity. It was an effort to draw in all evil to Union where he would trap everyone inside and let them slaughter each other then sweep in and purge them all. It was eventually disbanded after the battle for union city was over.
