Toga lives in a poor family, Toga still at a very young age had his mom falling sick which results in her death due to not being able to pay the medical bills, it impacted Toga's life drastically and after the death of his mother his father, losing the woman he loved because of Toga which had previously asked his mother to go to a concert which in the end made her get the virus and die due to Toga's greed he started to assault him quite often still blaming him for it all which made Toga see his father only as a monster, not a father, but money was running tight so his father started to take many part time jobs to be able to just feed the family and pay rent, meanwhile rarely coming home and communicating, Toga decides to become a great and popular hero which would help people to save lives and get his family to a ''richer'' state and make his deceased mother proud, though wanting to be a hero for fame was not his main goal, the main reason he joined CARE was for a secret goal, revenge against some people that had killed people he loved, he is not doing this alone as his friend Karl Leiner also is helping him in his goals behind the scenes
