Kaiat
The second largest city in the Nahimiri Pentarchy, Kaiat is the home of House Orthar. As such, it is best known for its sunstones and the quality of its magical items. Hundreds flock to Kaiat to learn the ways of its craftmasters, whose secrets are closely guarded.

While it ostensibly has a city council, Kaiat is run by House Orthar, and everyone knows it.
