King Felcourn (fell-corn)

King Felcourn was ruler of Reigan from 59 AS to 72 AS, when he fell to Emperor Valtarian in the Conquest of Reigan. He lived at Castle Il-Orban, and died when it collapsed onto him during its siege at the end of the conquest. He had one eye from a hunting accident as a child but was rumored to have been enchanted to have special magical sight during attempted healings. He was not especially liked among High Court during his reign.
