Brotherhood of the Ascendant Dragon

Brotherhood of the Ascendant Dragon is a monk brotherhood of Tortles who believe Tortles are descendants of dragons. They cultivate their martial practices to emulate dragons. Their monastery is located on Xelurash Mountain  in the Theran Empire . The monastery sits on the peak with the Torlte villages situated lower down the slopes at the snowline.
