Emperor Sotiros Cosmilis

Emperor Sotiros Cosmilis is the ruler of the Theran Empire. He is a blond and pudgy man, fat and lazy, with pale, watery blue eyes. His eyes are bloodshot and he has rosacea of broken blood vessels across his nose and cheeks. He chooses to dress in many layers of silks- when furs and wool are more common among his countryman. He considers himself a refined aesthete, but he is really just a hedonist. He spends his days partying and drinking, or partaking of dreamflower. He is considered a dim gadabout. Sotiros rarely turns up to senate sessions, commonly falling asleep in the ones he does turn up to. He is basically a figurehead at this point. He inherited his role and is uninterested in rule beyond its material perks.
