Summary
Rukana, goddess of the weather. Goddess of storms, wind, fog, mist, rain, monsoons, thunder, and lightning. She is also believed to help people commune with the dead, as people believe they hear the voices of spirits on the wind. Known as the Mistress of the Winds to sailors.
Description
She appears as a small slim woman, with silver hair and storm-grey eyes. She may also appear as a witchlight.
