Laramose

Situated West of Travanire and East of Archon and the H.U.C.S., Laramose is a Theocratic Oligarchy. Lead by a council of 3, made up of an Tiefling Fire Genasi, and Earth Genasi. These 3 council members believe themselves to be the Avatars of Deyla, Leshaea, and Mehra respectively.
The Fire Genasi's lands encompass the Dark Weald, Shadowspire, and the University of Shadowglen that the Drow and other Fire Genasi populate. This is in the North and Northwest mostly.
The Earth Genasi's lands encompasses the Eastern Mountains. This is where most (other than mainly Travanire) the Grey Dwarves and Deep Gnomes of Sye live in largest numbers.
The West is ruled by the Tiefling and is where the Capital of Laramose, the city of Dusk is. The City is built into a Large Cavern with a large harbor. Laramose has the slowest ships, but the heaviest armored Navy in Sye. While they have been demilitarizing, they still have their best battleship, "Dawnbreaker".
To the South of Dusk is the area known as "The Scar". It is uninhabitable dead land that used to be where the farms and most Tiefling's lived. However, after an incident occurred in 760 A.R.H. in the Barony of Darkfall in Travanire, all of the people living there vanished without a trace. This nearly caused Laramose and Travanire to go to war, but negotiations were worked out. It resulted in the banning of Necromancy in Laramose and Travanire.

Since 1050 A.R.H., Laramose has been part of the Extra-Planar Pact with Archon. They meet on Eclipse Isle in the middle of the Chronea Sea.
