Bastiynian Senate

At its core, Bastiynia is a republic. Elected representatives from the major cities form the senate to lead the country and decide all manners of government.

Structure

There are eight major cities in the nation. They each elect two representatives, except Xaicestra elects only one. These make up the fifteen members of the senate. There is no executive, but the Xaicestran senator has a few extra privileges, such as being able represent the senate during emergencies.
