Cursed water falls from the sky

Geography

The spill falls out of a point in the sky that is impossible to see. Studying the maps, it appears to flow from the midpoint of floor 3, but due to the space between floors, it's impossible to confirm.
The base of the waterfall is a ruined keep found in the middle of a lake, which has Weirborough located around it.
