Archdruid
Among the nature aligned peoples of Taeva, few titles command as much respect and awe as the title of Archdruid. With power on par with that of an Archmage, Archdruids are the most powerful users of nature magic, possessing mastery over the elements, plantlife, animals, and even the weather to an extent. However, rather than seeking to unravel the secrets of magic like their Archmage counterparts, Archdruids instead focus their efforts on preserving balance in the natural world, and protecting places of natural beauty and power from those who would seek to corrupt or destroy them.
Qualifications
Before a druid can achieve the rank of Archdruid, they must possess a strong mastery of nature magic, as well as considerable knowledge related to nature, including plants, animals, the weather, and how they interact with each other and the world.
Requirements
A druid must spend at least 10 years training, honing their skills and knowledge, and carrying out their duties as guardians of nature in order to be considered a candidate for the title of Archdruid.
Appointment
New Archdruids are chosen either by the previous Archdruid, or by a council of elders.
Duties
As the most powerful among druids, it's an Archdruids duty to preserve the balance between the forces of nature, and to protect the natural world from harm.

Accoutrements & Equipment
Archdruids wear a cloak in addition to their usual clothing, made from either animal hide or plant matter, as well as the mask or headgear of the previous Archdruid. Additionally, Archdruids receive the Faewood staff of their predecessor, which they channel their magic through.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
An Archdruid may be stripped of their rank and privileges if they're found to be using their power for personal gain, or if they're found to be using magic that goes against the natural order (such as necromancy). They may also be dismissed if they've been neglectful of their duties and responsibilities.
