Runic Codex
Runic Codexes are considered to be one of the oldest documents in Taevas history, tracing their origins back to the early days of the Dwarves. Containing many of thhe Runes used in the Runic language and their associatted meanings, these Codexes are frequently used both for researching the Runic language, as well as reference material for practitioners of Runic Magic, in a similar manner to the Grimoires used by Mages.
Significance
Runic Codexes are valued by historians as a prime source of knowledge on the Runic language, one of the oldest languages in the world besides Draconic, especially the Dwarves, whose language is believed to be descended from it. Additionally, those who make use of Runic Magic value these Codexes as learning and reference material for learning and improving their craft.
