Zemar
Located in the grasslands north of the Khassis Desert, Zemar is considered to be the greatest human kingdom in northern Vraelia. With access to various exotic trade goods, as well as the knowledge of the Sun Elves and Sythssya, Zemar has developed a rich culture unlike any seen among their northern brethren. While much of Vraelia remains dominated by the various non-human kingdoms, Zemar has nonetheless managed to carve out a place of great prestige among them.
Culture
The people of Zemar value knowledge, fairness, and innovation. It's thanks to these traits that the Zemari people have excelled as traders, scholars, and architects. Additionally, the people of Zemar value strong ties to community, with loyalty and reciprocity being highly respected traits.
Demography and Population
The population of Zemar is predominantly human, though members of other races (most natobly Sun Elves and even some Sythssya) aren't uncommon.

Foreign Relations
Zemar is on good terms with the other human kingdoms, as well as the nearby Sun Elf kingdom of Helarion. Additionally, while relations in the past have been tense, Zemar currently has neutral relations with Setsymar.
Agriculture & Industry
Zemars agriculture is largely focused in the grassy fields of its northern and central territories, while agriculture in its southern territories is focused around oases. Additionally, Zemar engages in fishing and naval trade on its eastern border, and mines minerals from the mountains to the south.
Trade & Transport
Trade between Zemar and the surrounding nations is mostly done through the border settlements, as well as through it's port city on the east coast. Additionally, there's a network of stone roads connecting the major settlements.
Education
All Zemari citizens are educated in local schools. Education begins around the age of 6 and ends at 18, and covers various subjects, including literature, history, mathematics, and the sciences. Additionally, there are universities where citizens can go for more advanced learning, with subjects often focusing on specialised subjects of history and astronomy, among others.
